Delivery & Returns Policy
We will deliver TurmeriX® to the address you provide on the order form. Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.
- If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
- We ship promptly and efficiently. We ship our products within 2 – 5 business days following the receipt of payment.
- All of our items are professionally packed for safe delivery.
Any items we send in Canada, will be shipped within 2 – 5 days of your order and will be delivered to the customer within 5 – 15 working days depending on where you live. Our preferred shipping method is via Canada Post. You can see all shipping charges on our website BEFORE finalizing your order.
If for some reason you provide the wrong address details or if your local postal service cannot provide delivery of your shipment, your order will be returned to the TurmeriX® office in Calgary, Alberta. You will then be contacted via the provided e-mail or phone number you gave when you placed your order. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address or getting a refund. Refunds will be provided for the product purchased but will not include shipping charges or taxes on shipping.
RETURNS & REFUNDS TURMERIX®
These terms are issued by TurmeriX® CANADA (via Ocean Sales Group Ltd.) and are effective from 15 July 2018. They cover any purchases made from Ocean Sales Group Ltd. at any internet site, physical marketplace and/or over the phone.
Please read these terms carefully. Should you wish to refer to them again, they can be found on our website or are available in writing at any time before purchase upon request.
Return of Goods
CANADA: The Consumer Protection Act provides the basis for our returns policy unless otherwise stated. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense. Before any return of goods for any reason, it is advisable to contact a customer service representative via either phone or email to receive instructions for the return of the goods.

Ocean Sales Group Ltd. accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, costs or expenses directly or indirectly incurred by the consumer while using any of the products sold by Ocean Sales Group Ltd.
Where the Consumer Protection Act and other statutes imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon Ocean Sales Group Ltd. which cannot by law (or which can only to a limited extent by law) be excluded or modified, then liability shall, where it is allowed, be excluded or if not able to be excluded only apply to the minimum extent required by the relevant statute.
