Brie, Peach, and Honey Grilled Sandwich


  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 7 slices crisp bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp TurmeriX®
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 8 ounces of Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme


  • Turn on your barbecue onto medium heat.
  • In a bowl mix butter, bacon and TurmeriX®.
  • Spread the outside of each piece of bread with the butter.
  • Layer the peach slices and the Brie cheese on the inside of the bread.
  • Optional : Add a slice of bacon if you want more decadence
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme (keep some for your cooked sandwich)
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the top piece of the bread.
  • Put your sandwiches on the barbecue for 5 min each side.
  • Once cooked, add some thyme and coarse salt and savour this tasty sandwich!
