Gingerbread toast with TurmeriX®, goat cheese, prosciutto and walnuts
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices gingerbread
- ½ cup goat cheese log
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ½ tbsp TurmeriX®
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- ½ cup walnut, pieces
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, whipping cream and TurmeriX®.
- Set aside.
- Slice your gingerbread (we suggest 0.5" thick).
- Toast each slice for 1 minute.
- Spread your TurmeriX® goat cheese on your gingerbread.

- Add the prosciutto and walnuts.
Serve 6
