Gingerbread toast with TurmeriX®, goat cheese, prosciutto and walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 slices gingerbread
  • ½ cup goat cheese log
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ½ tbsp TurmeriX®
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • ½ cup walnut, pieces

 DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, whipping cream and TurmeriX®.

  • Set aside.
  • Slice your gingerbread (we suggest 0.5" thick).

  • Toast each slice for 1 minute.
  • Spread your TurmeriX® goat cheese on your gingerbread.

  • Add the prosciutto and walnuts.
